Our Job Mobile isn’t just a mobile HTI branch office!

When it isn’t serving as a mobile branch, it goes the extra mile by making special deliveries to our associates. The job mobile recently delivered donuts and chick-fil-a lunch to employees at our Charleston client sites.

It also made an appearance at this year’s SCMA Manufacturing Operations Summit in Myrtle Beach. Plant Managers and other operations leaders toured the Job Mobile the during the “HTI Cocktail Tailgate”. They even gave us some new ideas for how we can continue to utilize the Job Mobile to extend our recruiting capabilities.

We created the Job Mobile in an effort to help candidates and employers by providing convenience and personal service at a level unseen in the industry. It is a mobile solution to address a recruiting problem: reaching candidates that can not access their local employment branches or potential employers because of conflicting working hours or transportation limitations. Employers were missing out on qualified candidates, and job seekers were trapped in positions that didn’t fit their personal needs.

The Job Mobile embodies the HTI “Why” in ways that uniquely address the needs of our employers and candidates. We’re thrilled to go the extra mile to bridge the gap between employers and applicants.
